1. Anti-Forced Labor Policy
The company strictly adheres to national labor laws and regulations as well as international labor standards, and resolutely prohibits any form of forced labor. We are committed to protecting the personal freedom of workers, establishing and implementing relevant policies to prohibit forced labor, and ensuring that all labor activities are voluntary. The Human Resources Department is responsible for formulating, implementing, and regularly evaluating the enforcement of this policy, and for establishing regulations that safeguard workers’ rights in accordance with the law. These regulations are made available to workers through appropriate channels for their reference at any time. If any instance of forced labor is identified, corrective measures will be taken immediately, and relevant responsibilities will be investigated.
2. Freedom of Association Policy
The company respects workers’ freedom of association and will never maliciously obstruct or interfere with workers’ rights to establish or join any lawful organizations (such as labor unions, workers’ congresses, etc.). Workers have the right, in accordance with the law, to participate in democratic management or to negotiate labor-related matters with the company on an equal basis through labor unions, workers’ representatives, or other lawful means. The company guarantees that workers and representatives who join labor unions will not face discrimination, harassment, coercion, or retaliation for their union membership or participation in union activities.
3. Anti-Discrimination Policy
The company establishes and continuously improves policies to prohibit discrimination, ensuring that all workers enjoy equal rights in matters such as recruitment, compensation, training, promotion, termination, and retirement, regardless of race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, physical disability, pregnancy, religion, political affiliation, or marital status. The Human Resources Department is responsible for formulating, implementing, and investigating complaints related to discrimination, and for taking timely corrective actions. The company also respects workers’ rights to be free from any form of sexual harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, and verbal abuse, and has established comprehensive complaint and grievance mechanisms.
4. Anti-Bribery Policy
The company upholds the principle of integrity in all business operations, and all commercial interactions are conducted in accordance with the highest standards of honesty. Any form of corruption, bribery, extortion, or embezzlement is strictly prohibited. The company prohibits the offering or acceptance of bribes or any other improper benefits, and requires all employees and suppliers to comply with these standards. We have established effective whistleblowing mechanisms to ensure the confidentiality of whistleblowers’ identities and to prevent retaliation.
5. Child Labor Policy
The company strictly prohibits the employment of child labor and resolutely opposes any such practice. The Human Resources Department takes effective measures to verify the age of workers during recruitment, ensuring that all hired workers meet the legal age requirements and maintaining complete personnel records. If child labor is discovered, the company will immediately cease the employment, arrange health examinations, and ensure the child is returned to their parents. The company will also terminate cooperation with any supplier found to have intentionally employed child labor. For underage workers who are legally employed, the company ensures registration and regular health check-ups, and will not assign them to work that is harmful to their health or safety.
6. Young Worker Policy
